I was born in Mexico, moved to the U.S at the age of seven and lived in San Jose, CA for over twelve years before going away to college. In 2006, I married my husband Michael, we have two beautiful boys (8 and 5). I received a BA, Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
For a couple of years worked in the Recruiting industry but took a couple of years to stay home. During this time I found a new passion in child development studies and teaching Spanish to little ones (also elementary age students). My little ones were my inspiration to become a Spanish instructor; I would like to offer them the gift of a second language just like I was given that opportunity.
So, I am very excited to bring my program to the community. My goal is to create a bilingual environment in which children will feel safe and have fun each day while developing a lifelong love of learning a new language.
